Rock Kestrel Brewery

As you all know, Stellenbosch is no longer just wine and wineries. Beer and breweries are the new thing. There are not as many breweries as wineries in Stellenbosch but it’s enough to call it a historic change. A couple of breweries like the Village Brewery (former Barrique Brewery), Stellenbrau, Wild Clover Brewery are already established and well knowned.

Some breweries are not as well  knowned. I have tried to get more information about a new brewery in Stellenbosch for almost a year now. I have not been very successful. Rock Kestrel Brewery is a new brewery very close to Stellenbrau in Stellenbosch. Johan Latsky is the man behind this new brewery.
