Dieks Bru

I continue to write short articles about new breweries on the way. Last time it was about Herold Brewery in Montagu Pass. This time it is about Dieks Bru (or Dieks Brew) in De Rust (Klein-Karoo). The man behind it is Diedrik “Dieks” Theron and is well knowned among SouthYeasters. The small brewery (280 liter batches) is located in the middle of the village at 1 Church Street (Kerk Street).  The first beer is going to be an American Red Ale.
