New mash tun and boiler

I have bought a waterboiler. Not the small ones you have for making tea at home but a large one.  A 50 litre Caterpride waterboiler. Most boilers have some kind of overheat system that turn them of after a couple of minutes of boil. This one is made for boiling and does not do that. The disadvantage is that I have to manually control different temperatures in the mash.
